Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of residents in Gunnison, CO, through our Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals programs. We serve eligible clients covered by Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, or the Older Americans Act, as well as individuals seeking a self-pay option. Our carefully crafted meals, planned by a Registered Dietitian, cater to diverse health needs, targeting 36 medical conditions such as Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure, while being free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. N4L also supports Medicaid and Older Americans Act beneficiaries, ensuring access to nutritious home-delivered meals based on program-specific eligibility. For those enrolled in certain Medicare Advantage plans, meal delivery may be included in your care package. We invite self-pay individuals to enjoy the convenience of our meals for just $7.75 each, with a flat shipping fee. Additionally, we offer Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling services.
