HIV Support Services

HIV Support Services, a program of the Colorado Health Network in Gunnison, CO, is dedicated to providing compassionate and comprehensive support for individuals living with HIV. Our skilled case managers work closely with clients to navigate a range of essential services, including short and long-term housing assistance, access to nutritious foods, and medical transportation. We also offer emergency financial assistance for vital expenses like utilities and phone bills, as well as budgeting support and naloxone distribution. Our program is designed to empower those affected by HIV through a structured and supportive approach, all at no cost through the Ryan White Program. To begin accessing our services, individuals need to present proof of diagnosis, which can be submitted in-person or via fax. We are here to help every step of the way with dedication and care.
