Located in Greeley, Colorado, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to individuals facing the challenges of dysphagia. Our mission is to ensure that low-income members of the community have access to vital resources, including food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapeutic tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment.
