Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is a dedicated provider of Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals in Golden, CO, designed to support individuals covered by Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, and the Older Americans Act. Our meals are thoughtfully crafted by Registered Dietitians to meet specific nutritional needs for overall health, addressing 36 medical conditions including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure, while ensuring they are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. N4L serves Medicaid and Older Americans Act recipients, helping them access meal delivery as part of their benefits. For Medicare Advantage beneficiaries, certain plans may include meals as part of their care support. Additionally, we offer a self-pay program for those who wish to enjoy home-delivered meals for just $7.75 each, allowing you to choose every meal for yourself or a loved one. Beyond meal delivery, Nutrition for Longevity also provides Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling services.
