Food Bank

Located in Fruita, CO, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to providing essential food assistance by offering a variety of specialized resources to individuals with dysphagia. We focus on improving the quality of life for low-income individuals through access to food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment. Our mission is to ensure that everyone has the necessary support to nourish themselves safely and effectively, empowering those we serve with the tools they need for better health and well-being.
