Food Bank

Located in Florence, CO, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to serving low-income individuals with dysphagia by providing essential food assistance and specialized supplies. Our mission is to ensure that those facing swallowing difficulties have access to crucial resources, including food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment. By removing barriers to nutritious meals, we aim to enhance the quality of life for our community members in need, fostering health and support for individuals and families affected by this condition.
