Deborah Galaska invites individuals to embark on their unique journey toward wholeness and healing. She believes that seeking therapy is a sign of hope and empowerment. With a compassionate approach, she collaborates with clients to create a safe space tailored to their goals at a pace that suits them. Deborah is dedicated to uncovering patterns in her clients' lives, fostering deeper self-awareness, and guiding them toward a meaningful life filled with happiness. Her areas of specialization include borderline personality disorder, narcissistic personality disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, trauma and abuse histories, dissociative disorders, bipolar disorder, self-harming behaviors and suicidality, as well as grief from losing a loved one to suicide. Deborah uses a versatile range of therapeutic methods, including mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT), humanistic and existential approaches, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). She also incorporates specialized techniques such as EMDR and hypnotherapy, providing a comprehensive therapeutic experience. Currently, Deborah offers individual therapy and group DBT sessions, along with telehealth options to accommodate her clients' needs.
