Located in Evergreen, CO, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to offering essential food assistance to individuals with dysphagia. We understand the unique challenges faced by those requiring modified diets, which is why we provide a range of critical services, including food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment. Our mission is to empower and support low-income individuals by ensuring they have access to the resources they need for a healthier, more comfortable life.
