Food Bank

Located in Evans, Colorado, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to supporting low-income individuals with dysphagia by ensuring access to essential resources. We provide a variety of critical items including food thickeners, pre-modified foods tailored for easy consumption, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment designed to enhance the daily lives of those facing swallowing difficulties. Our mission is to empower individuals by addressing their unique nutritional needs, and we strive to create an inclusive environment that prioritizes health and well-being for all.
