Food Bank

Located in Evans, CO, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to serving low-income individuals battling dysphagia by providing essential resources for their dietary needs. Our mission is to ensure access to critical food assistance, including food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment. By focusing on the unique challenges faced by those with swallowing difficulties, we aim to alleviate the barriers to nutrition and support individuals in their journey towards better health and well-being.
