Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of individuals in Erie, CO, through our Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals services. We offer carefully planned, nutritious meals designed by Registered Dietitians to meet the specific dietary needs of our clients, including those with conditions such as Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. Our meals cater to a variety of dietary restrictions, being free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. Our program is available to eligible clients under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, and the Older Americans Act, as well as individuals seeking a self-pay option for convenience. For self-pay clients, we provide customizable meal options at an affordable price of $7.75 per meal, ensuring that everyone has access to nourishing food delivered straight to their door. In addition to our meal delivery services, N4L also offers Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling to further support our clients' health journeys.
