Project SMILE Nutrition Program

The Project SMILE Nutrition Program, part of the East Central Area Agency On Aging, is dedicated to enhancing the lives of seniors in Elizabeth, CO by offering delicious, nutritious meals that foster connection and community. Our program features both congregate dining options and home-delivered meals for those who may need assistance. In addition to serving hearty, home-cooked meals, we provide essential nutrition screening and educational resources to empower seniors with knowledge about healthy eating. While our services are free, we encourage a suggested donation of $3.00 per meal to support our mission. For guests under 60, a fee of $12.25 per meal applies, ensuring inclusivity and access for all ages.
