Located in Edwards, CO, Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to enhancing health and well-being through our Home Delivered Meals program, which offers nutritionally balanced, Medically Tailored Meals for clients eligible under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, and the Older Americans Act. Our meals, crafted by Registered Dietitians, cater to various medical conditions, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure, while adhering to specific dietary restrictions by being free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. We provide assistance to Medicaid and Older Americans Act recipients, with eligibility determined by state and program guidelines. Clients on Medicare Advantage can check if their plan includes meal delivery, while we also offer affordable self-pay options for those without qualifying health plans, allowing complete choice over every meal and delivery for just $7.75 each, plus a flat shipping fee. In addition, N4L provides Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling, ensuring comprehensive support for our community's nutritional needs.
