Home Delivered Meals

Located in Eagle, CO, Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to providing essential Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals for those who are eligible, including clients covered under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) programs, or the Older Americans Act. Our meals are meticulously planned by a Registered Dietitian to ensure they meet the diverse nutrient requirements of individuals, addressing various health conditions such as Chronic Kidney Disease, End Stage Renal Disease, and Congestive Heart Failure. We prioritize dietary needs by offering meals that are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. N4L supports beneficiaries under Medicaid and the Older Americans Act; eligibility varies, and we encourage working with a Case Manager or contacting your local Area Agency on Aging for assistance. Additionally, Medicare Advantage beneficiaries may find meal support as part of their post-discharge or chronic care, particularly through select PPO plans. For those not covered by insurance or who prefer a self-pay option, we provide freshly prepared meals at an affordable rate of $7.75 per meal, allowing you to select exactly what you want for every delivery. Beyond meal services, we also offer Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling to support overall health and wellbeing.
