Located in Delta, Colorado, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to providing essential food assistance and support for individuals with dysphagia. We ensure that low-income individuals have access to vital resources such as food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment. Our mission focuses on improving the lives of those facing swallowing difficulties by delivering practical and immediate assistance tailored to their unique needs.
