Family Tree Homelessness Program

In Commerce City, CO, the Family Tree Homelessness Program is dedicated to empowering individuals and families facing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless. Our mission is to foster self-sufficiency and stability through a range of essential support services, including housing navigation, financial assistance for rent, deposits, and utilities, as well as home-based case management. We connect participants to community resources and provide crisis assistance, offering emergency food, hygiene products, and 911 cell phones to those in urgent need.
