We cater to individuals covered by Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, and the Older Americans Act, as well as those seeking self-pay options. Our meals, carefully crafted by Registered Dietitians, meet the unique nutrient requirements for various medical conditions, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure, while being free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. For Medicaid and Older American Act recipients, eligibility may vary, and clients are encouraged to consult their Case Managers or local Area Agency on Aging for guidance. Medicare Advantage beneficiaries can check if their plan includes meal delivery as part of post-discharge support. For those not covered, N4L provides affordable self-pay meals at just $7.75 each, ensuring everyone has access to nutritious options tailored to their needs. Additionally, we offer Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling to further support our clients' health journeys.
