We offer Medically Tailored Meals specifically designed by Registered Dietitians to cater to the nutrient needs of clients facing various medical conditions such as Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. Our meals are crafted with care, ensuring they are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork, making them accessible for many dietary restrictions. N4L serves clients covered under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports programs, and those benefiting from the Older Americans Act. For those who choose to self-pay, we provide affordable meal options at $7.75 each, allowing flexibility and convenience. Our mission is to ensure that everyone has access to nutritious meals delivered straight to their homes, with the support and guidance necessary to enhance their well-being.
