Joan Benschoten brings over 30 years of clinical experience to her practice, grounded in her expertise in Post Traumatic Stress, Addictions, Family Systems, and Crisis Intervention. Throughout her career, she has observed that, despite the diverse life challenges individuals face, a common thread of self-alienation often emerges, leading to disconnection from both Self and others.
