Everyday Eats (CSFP)- 60+ Individuals ONLY

Everyday Eats, part of the Commodity Supplemental Food Program in Carbondale, CO, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of low-income seniors aged 60 and older by providing essential food assistance. Each eligible participant receives a monthly food box filled with a variety of nutritious items, including non-perishable proteins, powdered or UHT milk, juice, cereals, canned or dried fruits and vegetables, and cheese, along with valuable nutrition education and recipes. The program operates through multiple distribution sites, ensuring that no senior goes hungry, and collaborates with partner agencies for outreach, certification, and grocery box distribution. Homebound delivery services are available in select counties within the area, making it easier for seniors to access these vital resources. To qualify, participants must meet specific income criteria, ensuring that support is directed to those who need it most.
