MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Calhan, CO, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity annually and connect them with tailored weight management services. We provide a variety of treatment options, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for personalized in-home support. For those who prefer a more independent approach, we offer the MOVE! Coach mobile app, alongside essential resources like weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for individuals facing ongoing weight-related challenges.
