Project SMILE Nutrition Program

The Project SMILE Nutrition Program, hosted by the East Central Area Agency On Aging in Burlington, CO, is dedicated to nourishing both the bodies and spirits of seniors in our community. We offer a welcoming environment where older adults can enjoy great-tasting, home-cooked meals together, fostering connections and shared moments. Our services include congregate meals and home-delivered meals, alongside essential nutrition screening and education, all designed to support healthier lifestyles. While our services are free, we encourage a suggested donation of $3.00 per meal to help sustain our program. For those under 60 who are not married to a senior, a guest fee of $12.25 per meal applies. Join us for a meal, and let's make every dining experience a moment of joy and community.
