MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Brush, CO, is dedicated to enhancing the health and wellness of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission focuses on screening every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity while connecting them to tailored weight management services that align with their individual needs and preferences. We offer a variety of care options including group sessions, personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which provides in-home messaging and clinician contact. For those who prefer a more independent approach, we provide the MOVE! Coach mobile app, along with access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who have not found success through traditional means.
