We cater to eligible clients covered by Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS), and the Older Americans Act, while also offering a self-pay option for individuals and caregivers seeking convenient meal delivery. Our meals are crafted by a Registered Dietitian, ensuring they meet specific nutrient requirements for various health conditions, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. With a focus on accessibility, we provide meals free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. Eligibility for our services varies by state and program, and we encourage potential clients to consult their Case Manager or local Area Agency on Aging for assistance. Our self-pay program is also available for those wanting to enjoy nutritious meals with the freedom to choose every dish at an affordable rate of $7.75 per meal, plus a flat rate shipping fee. Additionally, N4L offers Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling services, further supporting our commitment to improving health outcomes for individuals in our community.
