Everyday Eats, part of the federally recognized Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP), is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of low-income seniors aged 60 and older in Brush, CO, and surrounding areas. Our program provides monthly food boxes filled with essential and nutritious items such as non-perishable proteins, powdered milk, juice, cereal, canned or dried fruits and vegetables, and refrigerated cheese to ensure dietary needs are met. Alongside these food provisions, we offer nutrition education and recipes to empower our clients to make healthy choices. With multiple distribution sites across counties including Denver, Arapahoe, Adams, and more, we strive to ensure that no senior goes hungry, utilizing partner agencies to effectively reach those in need. For homebound seniors in select counties, delivery options are available. To qualify for our food assistance program, participants must be 60 or older, reside in Colorado, and meet specific income requirements. Join us in our mission to support seniors; we invite eligible individuals to reach out for information on how to access our services.
