Family Tree Homelessness Program

The Family Tree Homelessness Program, located in Brighton, Colorado, is dedicated to empowering individuals and families experiencing homelessness and those at risk of losing their homes. Our mission is to foster safe and stable living environments through essential housing navigation and comprehensive support services. We offer a range of programs that include financial assistance for rent, deposits, and utilities, as well as home-based case management to help navigate challenges. Our crisis assistance provides emergency food, hygiene products, and 911 cell phones, while our hotline offers vital problem-solving the information and access to community resources. We focus on goal setting and planning to help individuals overcome barriers to self-sufficiency, and provide targeted assistance for securing and maintaining employment and educational opportunities.
