Our meals are meticulously crafted by Registered Dietitians to meet specific nutrient needs for overall health and to address various medical conditions such as Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure, while being free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. We support Medicaid and Older American Act recipients, and we encourage clients to consult their Case Managers or local Area Agency on Aging for eligibility guidance. We also cater to select Medicare Advantage beneficiaries and provide an affordable self-pay program for those seeking convenience and nutrition, enabling you to choose your meals for just $7.75 each. In addition to meal delivery, we offer Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling to further enhance the lifestyle and health of our clients.
