HIV Support Services

HIV Support Services, a part of the Colorado Health Network in Breckenridge, CO, is dedicated to empowering individuals living with HIV by offering a comprehensive range of supportive services tailored to meet their unique needs. Our experienced case managers are here to guide you through every step, ensuring seamless access to essential programs based on your eligibility. We provide vital assistance, including case management, support in finding both short- and long-term housing, nutritious food access, medical transportation, and emergency financial help for utilities and phone bills. Additionally, we offer budgeting assistance and naloxone distribution, alongside vital document support. To initiate services, simply provide your case manager with proof of diagnosis, which can be submitted either in person or via fax. All services are offered free of charge through the Ryan White Program, underscoring our commitment to supporting the community with compassion and understanding.
