Located in Breckenridge, CO, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to improving the quality of life for low-income individuals diagnosed with dysphagia by providing essential food assistance and supportive resources. We supply specially formulated food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapeutic tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients.
