Family Tree Homelessness Program is dedicated to supporting individuals and families in Boulder, CO, who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Our mission is to foster safe and stable living environments by providing comprehensive housing navigation and robust support services. We offer critical financial assistance for rent, deposits, and utilities, alongside home-based case management that connects clients to essential community resources. Through our hotline, we deliver immediate problem-solving assistance and referrals, ensuring that those in crisis receive emergency food, hygiene products, and 911 cell phones. Our program emphasizes goal setting and planning to help individuals overcome challenges to self-sufficiency, alongside support for employment and educational pursuits. We also assist with access to severe weather shelters, striving to cultivate a path toward lasting stability for each person we serve.
