HIV Support Services

HIV Support Services, a vital program of the Colorado Health Network in Bayfield, CO, is committed to providing comprehensive support for individuals living with HIV. Our dedicated case managers guide clients through the process of accessing essential resources tailored to their needs, including short or long-term housing assistance, nutritious food access, and medical transportation. We also offer emergency financial aid for utilities and phone bills, budgeting assistance, and access to Naloxone. To begin your journey with us, simply provide your case manager with proof of diagnosis, which can be faxed or submitted in person. All services are offered at no cost through the Ryan White Program, emphasizing our mission to empower those affected by HIV with the support they need to thrive.
