Everyday Eats (CSFP)- 60+ Individuals ONLY

Everyday Eats, a vital program in Basalt, Colorado, operates under the federal Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP) to enhance the health of low-income seniors aged 60 and older. Our initiative provides eligible individuals with a monthly food box filled with essential nutritious items, including protein, powdered or UHT milk, juice, cereal, canned or dried fruits and vegetables, and refrigerated cheese, along with helpful nutrition education and recipes. We ensure that no senior goes hungry by partnering with various distribution sites and community agencies across counties, including Denver, Arapahoe, and Adams. Our services also include homebound delivery for seniors in Jefferson, Adams, Arapahoe, Douglas, and Denver counties. To qualify, participants must meet specific income guidelines and be residents of Colorado.
