Located in Alamosa, Colorado, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to helping low-income individuals who face the challenges of dysphagia by providing essential food assistance and resources. Our mission is to ensure that those in need have access to specially prepared adaptive foods, effective food thickeners, therapeutic tools, and vital oral care supplies. We strive to improve the quality of life for our clients by offering a range of adaptive equipment designed to support their unique dietary needs, all while fostering a welcoming environment where care and compassion are at the forefront.
