MOVE! Weight Management Program

Located in Victorville, CA, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion. Our mission is to screen every Veteran who receives care at VA facilities for obesity on an annual basis and to connect them with tailored weight management services that align with their individual needs and preferences. We offer a variety of options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and our innovative TeleMOVE! program for in-home support. For those who prefer a more independent approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app provides useful tools to manage weight at their own pace. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who continue to face challenges despite participating in MOVE!.
