Located in Ventura, CA, the Gatekeeper Project is dedicated to addressing health disparities that impact older adults facing isolation, poverty, and disabilities. Through a compassionate network of trained volunteers, we provide essential non-medical services to this underserved population. Our comprehensive approach includes in-home initial needs assessments, the development of individualized service plans, and ongoing case management, all aimed at enhancing the well-being and quality of life for our seniors.
