Meals on Wheels in Tracy, CA is dedicated to ensuring that homebound seniors in the San Joaquin County area receive nutritious meals and companionship. Our program delivers a week’s supply of frozen meals, fresh milk, and fruit directly to their doors, fostering both health and connection. We believe that everyone deserves access to food assistance, which is why we suggest a contribution of $2.00 per meal, though no one is turned away for lack of funds. We invite individuals to apply or refer someone in need by completing the Service Referral and Follow-up Summary form, available for submission via fax.
