The Social Ministry Office in Sunnyvale, CA, is passionately committed to uplifting homeless individuals and other vulnerable community members in the San Jose area. We believe that every person possesses intrinsic dignity and worth, and our comprehensive services are designed to enhance the quality of life for those we serve. Our offerings include a safe and welcoming space for homeless individuals to receive mail, nutritious food such as sandwiches and granola bars, and beverages to sustain them. We also provide vital referrals to shelters, clothing, employment opportunities, housing resources, and various community programs. As advocates for homeless solutions within the Santa Clara County Continuum of Care (CoC), we address immediate needs and assist with immigration issues, domestic violence support, and navigating legal documents. We invite those in need to visit us and discover the compassionate support we offer.
