Meals on Wheels serves the Stockton, CA community by delivering nutritious meals and providing a caring connection to homebound seniors in San Joaquin County. Our dedicated team ensures that each participant receives a weekly 5-pack of frozen meals, along with fresh milk and fruit, right at their doorstep. We believe that access to wholesome food is essential, which is why we offer this service with a suggested contribution of just $2.00 per meal, ensuring that no one is turned away due to financial constraints. If you or someone you know would benefit from our emergency food assistance, we encourage you to apply by downloading and completing our Service Referral and Follow-up Summary form (SJ30A), which can be submitted via fax for prompt service.
