Located in Stockton, CA, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to providing essential food assistance for individuals with dysphagia. We understand the unique challenges faced by low-income individuals and are committed to improving their quality of life through our diverse offerings, including food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment.
