Graduating from Sonoma State University in 1986, she specializes in a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), EMDR, and Somatic therapy, as well as healing approaches for Trauma and PTSD.
