MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in San Marcos, CA, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities annually for obesity and connect them with tailored treatment options that meet their individual needs and preferences. We offer a variety of services, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which provides in-home messaging and clinician support. For those who prefer digital solutions, the MOVE! Coach mobile app empowers Veterans to manage their weight independently. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans facing ongoing challenges with weight management.
