Mutual Aid is dedicated to supporting at-risk individuals in San Leandro, CA, who are facing challenges as a result of COVID-19. By facilitating a network of crowd-sourced community services, we provide essential assistance ranging from grocery and medicine deliveries to transportation for medical appointments, ensuring safety and access without the use of public transit. Our services extend to offering home-cooked meals, cleaning help, companionship through phone calls or visits, and assistance with navigating social services. We also support families with childcare, pet care, and mental health resources, while organizing virtual meetups to foster connection. Although we strive to meet every request for aid, we encourage individuals to engage responsibly with one another in this community-driven support system.
