MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Roseville, CA, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion. Our mission is to ensure all Veterans receiving care at VA facilities are screened for obesity and have access to personalized weight management services that align with their individual needs. We offer a variety of care options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! system, which connects Veterans with their healthcare providers from home. For those who prefer self-management, our MOVE! Coach mobile app is available to support their journey. Additionally, we provide options for weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who continue to face challenges with weight-related issues after participating in our program.
