Meals on Wheels in Palo Alto, CA, is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to low-income adults with disabilities and homebound seniors. Our program offers the delivery of hot and frozen nutritious meals, ensuring that our clients receive the sustenance they need while promoting their health and well-being. In addition to meal delivery, our caring drivers perform daily wellness checks, ensuring the safety and alertness of those we serve. While we encourage contributions of $10 per day from those who are able to support our mission, we also provide grants and funding for eligible low-income seniors.
