Healthier Living

Healthier Living, offered by the Partners in Care Foundation in Pacoima, CA, is a dedicated workshop designed to empower individuals coping with chronic conditions such as arthritis, heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, lung disease, and cancer. Through a practical and supportive approach, our six-week sessions provide essential skills in physical activity, nutritious eating, and relaxation techniques, enabling participants to effectively manage their health. With a focus on evidence-based education, our program is culturally inclusive, also available in Spanish as Tomando Control de su Salud. While we offer these sessions at no charge, donations are warmly welcomed to sustain our vital services.
