MOVE! Weight Management Program

Located in Murrieta, CA, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and provide tailored referrals to an array of weight management options that cater to individual needs and preferences. We offer comprehensive care, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program for personalized support at home. Veterans can also utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-directed weight management, along with access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those facing persistent challenges. Our services are designed to empower Veterans on their journey to better health, and interested participants can connect with their local MOVE! Coordinator or VA provider to get started.
