Kelly Lynn Wheeler, MS, LMFT, is a dedicated Marriage & Family Therapist who understands that life is a journey best navigated with the support of others. With a profound empathy shaped by her own life experiences, she has a genuine passion for helping individuals, couples, and families through their challenges. Kelly embodies the belief that seeking help is not a sign of weakness, but a courageous step towards living a meaningful and productive life. Holding a Master's Degree in Marriage, Family, and Child Therapy, she brings expertise in addressing issues such as stress, women’s issues, and relationship conflicts. Kelly employs a variety of therapy modalities, including Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy, ensuring a tailored approach for her clients, whether they are teens, adults, or elders. Her experience extends to guiding clients through depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, life transitions, marital and parenting conflicts, infidelity, and trauma.
