Helen Faunce is an accomplished Marriage & Family Therapist and the owner and clinical director of Aurora Family Counseling. With over 20 years of experience in the field, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her practice. Helen employs a supportive approach, providing insights and encouragement to her clients, empowering them to set and achieve their personal growth goals. Her extensive experience includes working with individuals, couples, boys and girls, teens, and families, with particular expertise in addressing family conflict, emotional disturbance, and issues related to domestic violence through hundreds of court-referred groups. Helen is dedicated to fostering love and respect in the therapeutic process, believing that everyone has the potential for positive change with the right tools. Prior to her career as a therapist, she taught school and has held significant leadership roles, including as the clinical director of Laura’s House walk-in center. Helen's office comprises a diverse team of exceptional therapists, each with unique specializations, providing comprehensive support for a variety of client needs.
