Food Bank

Located in Moreno Valley, CA, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to ensuring that individuals with dysphagia have access to essential resources for their dietary needs. We provide critical food assistance, including food thickeners and pre-modified foods, alongside therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment. Our mission is to support low-income individuals by offering practical solutions that enhance their quality of life and promote better nutrition.
