MOVE! Weight Management Program

Based in Mission Viejo, CA, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and wellness of Veterans through personalized weight management strategies. Our mission is to empower every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities by providing comprehensive screening for obesity and connecting them to tailored weight management services. With a variety of options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program for at-home support, we aim to support Veterans at every stage of their weight loss journey. Additionally, the MOVE! Coach mobile app allows individuals to track their progress independently, while those in need of further assistance can explore weight loss medications or bariatric surgery.
